Underground Army Right Well
There are only three things that you could have done better in my opinion. Created a save option, a number que for the units so you dont have to constantly mintor them, and an option to heal your city for a certain ammount of money.

Make A Preloader You Missed Something
In order for the tween to work you need to make the fill a symbol. That is a big part of the preloader so it prbably didnt work for many people.
